Running tip of the day #2: Don't over-stride. It promotes heel strike, which stresses the leg and knee. Over-striding is inefficient. Instead, lean forward. Use your feet as levers to push you up and out. Try to land on your mid-foot. Do this quickly. Using this "quick and light feet" form will make you a faster and more efficient runner.
Another tip: Don't forget to register for Annapolis Running and Triathlon Spring Training Camp 2018, March 24 and 25. You will get great training and racing guidance, plus coached running, swimming and biking workouts. https://www.eventbrite.com/e/annapolis-running-and-triathlon-spring-training-camp-2018-tickets-43217343237
